Dear Rick,

You did it! The “Impossible Dream” comes true!

Little did we know what to expect last October when we arrived here, after seven years on the road in our motor home, in search of our dream home.

You didn’t know what you were getting into when you “agreed to work with us”. While we traveled throughout the western U.S. and Canada, even to Alaska and back, you kept your word to email us “screened” listings that included, among other things, RV parking. We were able to virtually tour those properties through the miracle of the internet while we enjoyed our long planned trip.

Eager to buy a house before Christmas, we asked you on our return to begin showing us houses that very day. While others were enjoying the holiday season, you showed us houses during the week, weekends and evenings.

When we couldn’t find what we wanted in a 20 mile radius, you willingly traveled three times as far to show us listings. You drove up narrow winding (sometimes dirt) roads to mountain tops and through avocado and citrus groves (remember that day?). Some were charmers, some were fixer uppers, and we still didn’t find what we wanted. Surely, by this time, you must have entertained thoughts that husband and wife were out of sync and neither really knew what they wanted.

Then one day some fifty miles away from your home office you showed us “the one” we felt just fit us in every way. We truly can’t thank you enough. Not only did you find our new home, you made everything about buying it so convenient. You kept us informed of our responsibilities as buyers and explained every step of the process in language we understood completely. Your referrals for the home inspections and services all turned out to be superior in every way. When it came time for us to do a joint walk-through with the sellers and learn all about the uniqueness of our new home, you were there, too, just as excited for us as we were.

We thank you for all your attention to details and thoroughness of execution. We thank you for your professionalism and standards of quality. We thank you for your friendly and sincere manor and your abundant patience. We thank you for having extra clip boards, an umbrella, a flashlight and measuring tape available at all times. We will refer you enthusiastically at every opportunity. You are our friend and a blessing in our lives.

Sincerely,

Gary and Susan Jennings

Dear Rick,

My family and I would like to thank you for all of your patience, kindness and diligence in helping my mother find the home of her dreams. There were many challenges with this crazy market but you were always optimistic that all would turn out well. And it did!

We would be happy to recommend you to anyone in need of a broker.

It has been an honor and a privilege working with you.

A Letter From First Time Home Buyer Deborah Arnold

December 7, 2009

Hi Rick,

My apologies for taking so long to thank you for all you’ve done to help me make a long time dream come true.

I’m sure I told you that in the past I was told by realtors, banks and loan officers that I would never qualify by myself for my own home. I actually let go of that dream until this year when interest rates dropped and I still wasn’t too sure about pursuing it again.

I knew I looked good on paper but I wasn’t sure about the process, who would be the person that would help me understand and someone I would be comfortable with. I was searching one day for information on the internet and found you site for a FREE 1st time buyers seminar - which was exactly what I needed because the idea of buying a home was uncomfortable and scary for me. Your seminar was very clear and encouraging. The brochure you sent me and handed out at the seminar was a tremendous help. I learned what to expect and what certain words meant. I also liked that you made yourself available for any questions and guidance. There are not many things on the internet these days that you can put your trust in but I found your site and you to be exactly what I needed.

I appreciate your patience, your encouragement when I was frustrated, and your gentle push that helped me continue when it seemed nothing was opening up for me. You always said when things do start happening that they would happen very fast and boy was that the truth.

I am living one of my dreams and I have been in my new house for a little over a month. I think I told you I caught the flu and even the flu was great in my house. Cooking, cleaning, football games oh heck, everything is so wonderful being a home owner. My first mortgage is great and I’m happy to be paying on something that is mine.

I am truly blessed to have found you by accident, but we all know most things are actually meant to happen.

You even made my sister and nephews from the east coast feel comfortable and gave them the assurance that I was in good hands. That meant a lot to me.

And don’t forget we had fun! LOL

I’ll be inviting you over soon, I even put up Christmas lights which I haven’t done that since my daughter was a little girl.

I hope we’ll always be friends. I hope a lot more home shoppers find their way to you.

God Bless You!

Living the dream,

Deborah Arnold

A Letter From Jim and Colleen Lennon

Dear Rick,

Working with you as our agent was not only a pleasure, but also an education in today’s most difficult real estate arena. Your availability and patience made us feel confident to say the least, and we want to thank you for your professionalism in representing us.

Your ability to “go outside the box” netted us the home of our dreams. Location, we had told you, was our #1 priority and you were able to achieve that for us when you found our house-because you were aware and informed of the neighborhoods. In addition, we found it very pleasant to work with you because your attitude was always upbeat and refreshing.

During the competitive negotiations your perseverence led to our successful offer. When it looked like we were out of the bidding, you continued to represent our interests by immediately putting our offer in a solid back up position, which led to our eventual success in obtaining the house.

The advantage of working with informed and knowledgeable people such as you is always beneficial. We also saw how dependably and diligently you worked. Your constant effort and steady application of real estate principles and guidelines during the purchasing of our house showed you cared and wanted the best outcome for us. We so appreciated that!

The house you found us in the neighborhood we love is now home sweet home . . . please feel free to use us as a reference anytime.

Sincerely,

Jim and Colleen Lennon"

The Paradis Experience

May 5, 2009

In a persons lifetime it is said that the one most major purchase we will probably make is that of a home. My husband and I have so far made three of those major purchases. In our first two we were pretty much flying by the seat of our pants, and just doing what our realtor said to do. We looked at homes the Realtor suggested, in areas she suggested, and at prices she suggested. We thought that this is how it was done. Then we moved back here to California and were introduced to Rick Tibbitts by a friend.

Though we did have a family friend that is a realtor, we felt more comfortable with Rick. He listened to what we were looking for, and went way beyond the call of duty to show us homes in a completely different county that he had not previously worked in. He did his homework, and worked quickly at finding us the perfect home. All along the way keeping us up to date and informed on all aspects of our purchase. I feel that in this economy, sellers and buyers both need to be on their game in order to succeed with sales and purchases of their homes. Rick gives you that advantage of superior knowledge in a market that he is very familiar with and commitment to get you what you need.

Sincerely,

Rosemary Paradis
